Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
  • Providing exceptional support and guidance to users navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and timely support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our users receive the most relevant and effective support

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges

* Experience working in a tech or start-up environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends

  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms, with a strong focus on customer support and engagement
