Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our Manufacturing Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing, Inventory, and Planning teams to ensure seamless production processes, accurate data entry, and efficient inventory management. Key Responsibilities

* Process production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams

  • Collaborate with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Assist the Inventory and Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Perform other duties as necessary, under the guidance of our Manufacturing Operations team

Essential Functions

* Help finish production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials

  • Assist with batch records (prefilling-out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching)
  • Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and assist Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples
  • Perform job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
  • Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field

  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus

  • Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is desired
