Schedule and Compensation Details

We're excited to offer a hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home and the benefits of collaborating with colleagues in our Irvine office. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect:

Office Rotation:

Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday

Work from Home Rotation:

Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Competitive Pay Rate:

$26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

Process Product Complaints:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner

Maintain Accurate Records:

Update databases with pertinent details and product information

Escalate Issues:

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate levels as needed

Ensure Confidentiality:

Protect customer and proprietary information by following established procedures

Qualifications
