We're now seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team as a Technical Customer Service Representative.

With hundreds of new users joining our platform every month, we need talented individuals like you to help us deliver top-notch support and services to our clients.

The Role

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex's Client Services team, providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and more. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, documenting issues, training customers, and escalating matters to other departments as needed. Your primary goal will be to deliver immediate solutions and services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests through all support channels, ensuring they are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

  • Log and document all customer interactions within our ticketing system and escalate matters as required.
  • Collaborate with other groups and departments to streamline service delivery and improve the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client's experience.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of our software and supporting infrastructure.
  • Achieve relevant certification in line with department needs and requirements.
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets and other metrics defined by the department.
  • Commit to one week of travel per month throughout Canada and the USA to support client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with software enhancements and new releases by reviewing release notes.
  • Commit to ongoing personal development and cross-training as recommended by your Team Lead.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma required; relevant certification or post-secondary diploma preferred.

  • Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 7/8/10 Operating Systems and Windows 2008/2012 Servers.
  • Thorough understanding of PC hardware and software, as well as Microsoft Products.
  • Previous experience working with Networks (TCP/IP).
  • Basic LAN/WAN knowledge.
  • CompTIA A+ and Network + certifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Effective time management and organization.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within and meet set deadlines.
  • Strong base knowledge of industry-standard business applications.
  • Willingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-training.
