Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize paid media spend
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and paid media optimization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights
