Job Summary As a Customer Care and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies. You'll also be expected to meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call. Responsibilities * Evaluate and assist with customer concerns * Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies * Meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching * Sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call * Directly connected to PPX incentives * Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer * When needed, escalate calls appropriately * Participate in 3-4 weeks of in-class training and 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers * Meet or exceed sales and customer experience goals and objectives Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent) * Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information * Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team * Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance * Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software * A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge) * Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn * Including but not limited to Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications * Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided) * High customer service acumen * Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives * This is a sales role, team members in this role have sales activity goals that must be met to be successful Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer service or sales experience * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of wireless technology and devices * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services Work Environment and Benefits * Work from the comfort of your own home with a distraction-free workspace * High-speed internet (minimum requirements of 10MBPS download/5MBPS upload) * Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits program after 30 days of employment * 401K with 100% match up to 3% and 50% on the next 2% after 1 year of employment * Additional health benefits such as heart health, diabetes management, and healthcare advocacy for personalized support * Employee discount program on everyday products and services * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development Compensation and Incentives * $18.00 per hour base pay (guaranteed) * Pay Per Experience (PPX) Model – incentive pay based on positive customer outcomes * Top experts make up to $32+/hr * Opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on sales performance How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong sales acumen, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
