Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you'll play a critical role in streamlining production processes, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
* Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
* Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
* Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
* Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
* OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
* Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus. Some laboratory experience is also preferred, as it will help you understand the manufacturing process. A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is also desired.
