Job Summary

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and training to resolve customer concerns, sell our products and services, and achieve sales and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call, using your knowledge of product offerings and customer information
  • Utilize our call center software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
  • Adhere to arenaflex's 5 Leadership Principles and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
  • Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
  • Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
  • Ability to learn call center software and other arenaflex systems
  • Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
  • Bilingual Spanish/Español skills highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)
  • High customer service acumen and ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

Benefits

* $18.00 per hour base pay, with the opportunity to earn up to $32.00 per hour through our Pay Per Experience (PPX) model
