Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at MindBridge, your day-to-day activities may vary. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and with our client to ensure the projects are delivered to the highest quality and meeting client requirements. Above all we are looking for someone with a great attitude, high energy, and focused on execution, continuous improvement, and accountability. A data scientist with a growth mindset who is excited by opportunities to learn will be successful in this role.

What You Will Do

Work closely with the development team to deliver data science into MindBridge’s core product. Deliver high-quality data science for strategic clients and capabilities. Support junior data scientists by providing feedback and act as a sounding board on projects. Develop and deliver new data science methods to support our key analytic goals. Deepen their own skillset by keeping up-to-date on the latest innovations in data science and artificial intelligence. Provide input and collaborate on the forward Data Science work programme. What You Bring Have a MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics/Biostatistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or similar) or an appropriate combination of education and experience. Have 5+ years' experience using statistical analysis and machine learning models to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Have technical leadership skills and are able to coordinate a data science project throughout its full life cycle.

Requirements

Contingent on Employment Fulfill requirements necessary to obtain and clear a full background check. Pay Range The expected base salary range for this position is to $140,000 to $190,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, experience and competencies, and unique qualifications.
