Description We are looking for a Training Manager who is not just a facilitator, but the owner of learning outcomes. This role is about designing and delivering training programs that lead to measurable behavioral change and impact business results. Your Mission Design, develop, and deliver effective online training programs and learning materials for different departments. Develop and conduct onboarding training sessions aligned with the company’s goals and strategy (priority departments: VIP and Payments, Risk & Fraud). Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, onboarding programs, and other learning activities based on stakeholder requests. Conduct role‑specific training sessions, including role-playing, objection handling, customer communication, and upselling techniques. Assess employee training needs and create structured training plans (weekly, monthly, and annual). Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to increase learning impact. Maintain and update training materials, and LMS courses. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure training initiatives support business needs. Your Unique Contribution At least 3 years of experience in Training & Development Domain experience is required: iGaming, online casino, VIP customer service (Igaming), or call center environment (Igaming). English & Russian proficiency: С1 or higher. Proven experience in designing training programs and developing online learning courses. Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering live training sessions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way. High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment. Result‑oriented mindset with attention to quality and standards. Willingness to take ownership of new projects and continuously develop professionally.
