Risk Operations Vendor Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with all external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Create and implement vendor risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our company's assets and customer information. Conduct regular risk assessments of all vendors and monitor their compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them. Review and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and risk management objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor contracts, performance metrics, and compliance documentation. Monitor industry trends and regulations related to risk management and vendor management, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and understanding of risk management expectations. Conduct regular audits and reviews of vendor performance and risk management processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and training to team members on risk management best practices and vendor management processes. Report to senior management on vendor risk management activities, including any identified risks and proposed solutions. Analyze data and produce reports to support decision-making processes related to vendor management and risk management. Act as a point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner. Continuously monitor and assess potential risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to risk management and vendor management, and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
