Sr. GIS Developer
Overview
We are seeking a Senior GIS Developer with 8+ years of ESRI experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS applications supporting asset management workflows within the utilities industry. This role will focus on building scalable solutions across web and desktop platforms and integrating GIS with critical enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise GIS applications for asset and infrastructure management
- Build and extend applications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms using ESRI technologies
- Develop integrations between GIS platforms and systems such as CIS, ERP, and OMS
- Leverage existing frameworks to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations
- Communicate development progress, risks, and blockers effectively
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with ESRI technologies
- Experience with ArcGIS API for Python or ArcPy
- Experience with .NET and/or C#
- Experience with JavaScript and/or HTML5
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience working with ArcGIS Server REST APIs
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro SDK or similar desktop GIS development tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Utility Network
- Prior experience in the utilities industry (electric, gas, water, or similar)
- Familiarity with enterprise system integrations (CIS, ERP, OMS)
