Freelance Content Producer (Photo, Video, Design | Social-First Content)

Overview: We’re looking for a versatile freelance content producer to support ongoing content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms. This role is focused on producing clean, high-quality, social-native content—not overproduced agency work. We expect to work in batches (monthly or bi-monthly) to create a library of content that can be distributed across platforms. Core Responsibilities: Video Production (Primary Need) Capture short-form video content: Founder talking head Behind-the-scenes Educational snippets Edit into multiple short clips (30–90 seconds) Add captions/subtitles optimized for social viewing Format for multiple platforms: LinkedIn (clean, professional) Instagram Reels X video (short + direct) Photo & Visual Content Capture light lifestyle or brand photography (as needed) Produce simple, clean imagery for social use Avoid overly staged or overly polished aesthetics Design / Content Assets Create simple social graphics: LinkedIn carousels Instagram posts Repurpose written content into visual formats Maintain consistent visual style (guidelines provided) Content Repurposing Turn 1 long-form video into: 5–10 short clips Supporting visuals Optimize formats per platform What We’re Looking For: Strong taste level (clean, modern, not flashy) Ability to create authentic, founder-led content Fast, reliable turnaround times Comfortable directing basic on-camera presence Ability to work efficiently in batch production Nice to Have: Experience with startup or founder brands Experience creating LinkedIn-first video content Understanding of platform-specific formats Ability to suggest lightweight creative improvements Deliverables Example (Monthly Batch): 8–15 short-form video clips 3–6 simple visual/carousel assets Optional photography (as needed) Tools / Skills: Video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) Understanding of social-first content formats Engagement Model: Project-based or monthly retainer Flexible hours Potential for long-term relationship To Apply: Please include: Portfolio (video + design samples) Examples of short-form content (especially founder-led) Typical turnaround time Availability for ongoing work Important: We prioritize clarity, speed, and authenticity over high-production “agency” work.
