Performance Creative Agency for High-Volume SMB Lead Gen (Home Services) Description We are looking for a specialized Performance Creative Agency (or a "Content Factory") to partner with us in fulfilling marketing services for over 500+ US-based Small Business clients. Our clients are in the Home Service industry (Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, Tree Service) and operate on lean monthly budgets ($300–$1,000). To make these budgets work, we need a "Revenue Engine"—not a design studio. We need high-converting, direct-response ads with a low CPL. What We Need We are looking for a vendor that can provide all (or even just some) of the following functions: Creative Strategy: Turning home service offers into high-hook, high-intent ad concepts. Performance Video Editing: Fast-paced, mobile-first edits for Meta and TikTok ads. Content Production/Coordination: The ability to source or "collect" raw footage from busy contractors or UGC creators. Creative Data Analysis: Reviewing ad performance to tell us why an ad won or lost. Our Business Model Our clients' industry: Home Services (B2C Lead Gen). Our clients' goal: Booked jobs and phone calls. Our Operations Volume: High. We manage 500+ paid accounts. Our Creative Style: Raw, market trending, and fast. We value Retention over Aesthetics. Who You Are as an Agency You specialize in Direct Response Marketing. You understand that a $500/month budget requires a surgical focus on the first 3 seconds of a video. You are comfortable with high-volume output and fast iterations. Flexibility: We are open to agencies that specialize in only one area (e.g., just Video Editing or just Strategy) or those that can provide a full-stack solution. Ideal profile: You have a portfolio of ads that actually generated leads (not just "views"). You have experience with US-based Home Service niches. You use AI and efficient workflows to keep production costs down. We are not looking for an agency that: Talks only about "brand awareness", volume content for likes or "beautiful cinematography." You have slow turnaround times (more than 48 hours for edits). You don't understand the difference between a "Hook" and a "Logo Intro."
