- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations where applicable
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with their financial goals and coverage requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding clients through the claims process when necessary
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness within diverse communities, including multilingual audiences
- Support benefits administration by explaining policy features, coverage limits, and optional add-ons to clients seeking customized solutions
