Your primary focus is driving sales and growth. This includes:

  • Running outbound across channels
  • Booking calls and running demos
  • Closing customers and generating revenue
  • Operating the business and maintaining customer relationships

Revenue growth is always top of mind. Who This Is For We only partner with exceptional entrepreneurs. We work with a small number of entrepreneurs who can sell and want to own.

  • You have started a business before and grown it to real revenue
  • You’re a proven GTM expert with a strong background in sales (Insurance Agent, Account Executive, Business Development)
  • You demonstrate clear motivation, ambition, and readiness to own a business

What Success Looks Like

  • Go from offer to onboarding in 2–3 days
  • Close your first paying customer within 14 days
  • Build consistent revenue momentum
  • Reach $100K+ ARR within 4-6 months

Compensation

  • 50–70% ownership equity
  • Fully performance-based with uncapped income
  • Direct ownership of the equity upside
