Product Manager, Medicare Part D Star Program

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the operational oversight and management of products within the CEC and in collaboration with SMEs from other departments and division
  • In collaboration with CEC leadership, define the product strategy and assure roadmap execution
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor’s products
  • Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives and policies for the assigned products/programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures/targets
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas
  • Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales and marketing
  • Provide product support for client implementations.
  • Provide expert subject matter support to Navitus Client and Clinical Services Executives representing the client
  • Supports the development and maintenance of product documentation including training materials, call scripts, client reports, etc
  • Continually evaluate and monitor program metrics including turn-around times, CMR completion, patient satisfactions and accuracy in collaboration with CEC staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Medicare Part D Star Ratings experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
  • Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
