Tax Resolution Manager (CPA or EA Required)

We pride ourselves on professionalism, results, and creating a smooth experience for our clients during stressful times. We’re hiring a full-time Tax Resolution Manager who is a licensed CPA or EA. This role is not a side gig — we need someone fully committed to managing client cases from start to finish with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of client cases after the initial consultation.
- Pull and analyze IRS transcripts; identify resolution strategies.
- Prepare and file Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, Penalty Abatements, Currently Not Collectible requests, and other resolution options.
- Communicate with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and set expectations.
- Manage workflow and deadlines in TaxDome and IRS Solutions.
- Ensure all filings are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact throughout the resolution process.
Qualifications
- Active CPA or EA license required.
- Proven experience handling IRS collections cases from start to finish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with tax resolution software (TaxDome, IRS Solutions, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
