Job Description:

Own pipeline and revenue across e-commerce brands (primarily Shopify ecosystem)
Close $20K–$200K deals independently with DTC brands and mid-market companies
Convert product usage, trials, and inbound into paying customers
Define and improve PLG conversion loops: free trial → activation → paid
Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, in-product conversion, and monetization
Analyze drop-off points and continuously improve conversion rates
Own Shopify App Store and ecosystem presence (and adjacent platforms)
Build relationships with Shopify partners, agencies, and commerce enablement players
Drive inbound through integrations, partnerships, and marketplace visibility
Understand how e-commerce brands evaluate and buy technology
Translate Terrific into clear ROI: conversion lift, AOV, engagement, revenue
Identify friction in the buyer journey — and remove it

Requirements:

Proven experience selling SaaS to e-commerce brands
Deep understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento ecosystems
Experience working in or alongside PLG environments (self-serve, trials, in-product conversion)
Track record of closing mid-market deals ($20K–$200K range) independently
Strong commercial instincts — you think in revenue, not activity
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product to influence growth and conversion
Clear communicator who can simplify technical value into business outcomes
Preferred Background: Shopify Partners ecosystem or marketplace-driven SaaS companies
Commerce enablement platforms or retail tech
Experience selling to or working with DTC brands
Mid-market SaaS sales (not only enterprise)
Exposure to product-led growth environments and metrics
