Position Overview We’re expanding our partner network and looking for coaches and fitness professionals who already lead, train, or coach and want a new way to earn income by integrating our gear into what they already do. This is a commission-only, flexible, independent role. Your earning potential is entirely performance-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners in sports, coaching, or fitness ecosystems
- Present and demonstrate KILOGEAR products in a clear, professional, compelling way
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your network
Compensation
- Commission-only (no salary or hourly pay)
- Earn a percentage of every sale generated through your outreach
- Commission structure: typically 10%–40%, depending on product and volume
- Additional performance bonuses may be available
Qualifications
- Must have a background in fitness, sports, coaching, wellness, or performance
- Must have an existing network within athletic, fitness, or wellness communities
- Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial
- 18+ and legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
