Manager, HRIS Application Management

Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS applications for the organization. Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements or updates. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting any issues. Train and support HRIS users within the organization, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed. Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS vendors and manage vendor relationships. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology and make recommendations for improvement. Monitor and analyze HRIS data to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions. Lead and manage a team of HRIS specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and implement process improvements and system integrations. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee data. Manage the HRIS budget and make recommendations for necessary investments or cost-saving measures. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the organization's overall goals and objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
