Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and production, to create packaging solutions that are customer-driven, on-brand, competitive, and sustainable. Your expertise in data analysis, documentation, and project management will be essential in driving the success of our packaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement packaging strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create packaging solutions that are customer-driven, on-brand, competitive, and sustainable
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in packaging design and production
• Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for packaging design and production
• Lead and manage projects related to packaging design and production
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and production
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design and production

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of experience in packaging design and production, preferably in a retail or consumer goods company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
• Strong understanding of packaging design and production principles, including sustainability and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

• Knowledge of packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Autodesk Inventor
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices in packaging design and production
