Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll manage reservations, bookings, and flight changes efficiently and accurately, address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner, and offer personalized assistance and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
