Experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist – Remote Healthcare Data Management

Job Summary:

As an entry-level data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data. You'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records

• Resolve discrepancies and errors in various reports and systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions and resolve problems
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's healthcare data management systems and processes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field

• Strong understanding of healthcare data management principles and practices
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare data management or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare data management systems

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
