Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team as a Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation. As a key member of our data-driven team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem. Your expertise will help us drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across various digital channels
• Design and execute data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer data
• Investigate opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve customer profiles and segmentation
• Develop and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, statistics)

• At least 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
• Proven expertise in data-driven customer engagement strategies and a passion for advocating for the best customer experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, computer science, statistics)

• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• Certification in data science, marketing analytics, or a related field
