Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of live chat automation capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design and develop conversational AI-powered solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Influencing customer information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments.
  • Partnering with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product development, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to inform future feature planning.
  • Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the product and developing clear, data-driven recommendations for future development.
  • Maintaining and refining the product roadmap, aligning customer stories with the needs of the end-user while prioritizing business value.
  • Supporting the definition and development of the product strategy, guiding, and launching new products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with conversational AI, natural language processing, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Certification in conversational AI, natural language processing, or related technologies.
