At arenaflex, we're building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle high-volume calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality service standards
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Education:

* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Training Schedule:

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Compensation and Benefits:

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
