Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital Analytics & Customer Research Team in the Customer Experience Analytics organization.

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's responsible for delivering actionable and timely insights through custom and syndicated studies. You'll work closely with internal customers to identify research needs, develop study objectives, and select the most effective methodological approaches. Your role will involve managing large-scale research projects, analyzing data, and presenting findings to leadership and internal customers.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will be divided into three areas: ### Customer Satisfaction Tracking Data

  • Provide updates on customer satisfaction trends and drivers of our customer's Likelihood to Recommend (LTR) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Create dashboards and analytical reports, coupled with key insights and recommendations, to present to leadership and internal customers
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to respond to various business questions

### Ad-Hoc Research

  • Design and implement ad-hoc research projects to meet the needs of internal customers; this may involve creating, launching, and analyzing online surveys, airport intercepts, usability research, and/or focus groups
  • Moderate focus groups, one-on-one sessions, and in-person interviews with customers and/or employees
  • Develop long-term vision and readiness for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Customer Journey Analytics application for arenaflex
  • Integrate multiple sources of customer interaction (quant/qual, social, complaints, chat, call, digital, etc.) to provide a holistic view of a customer's experience
  • Select and manage research vendors that align with our holistic strategy
  • Work to break down company silos by sharing relevant data across different departments

### Voice of the Customer and Journey Analytics

  • Develop long-term vision and readiness for a VOC and Customer Journey Analytics application for arenaflex
  • Integrate multiple sources of customer interaction (quant/qual, social, complaints, chat, call, digital, etc.) to provide a holistic view of a customer's experience
  • Select and manage research vendors that align with our holistic strategy
  • Work to break down company silos by sharing relevant data across different departments

All you'll need for success

### Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Experience in transforming raw data into significant insights

### Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, or social sciences
  • Feedback Management systems/systems experience desired
  • Moderator experience preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in an analytical field such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Insights, Marketing

### Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a succinct format and concisely present findings to executive-level audiences
  • Extremely prepared and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly respond to changing business needs while meeting company deadlines
  • Self-motivator who can work independently, as well as in a team environment, and drive growth in an ambiguous environment
  • Client-service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with partners in both business, operations, and technology
  • Experience in using SPSS statistical software, online survey software, Voice of the Customer or Enterprise software such as Medallia and Qualtrics is preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required; experience in SQL is preferred
