About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be working from home, which means you'll have the flexibility to create a comfortable and productive workspace that suits your needs.

  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach

  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
  • Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
