Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Informatics department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop reporting and analytic solutions, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and execute complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications.
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
- Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript.
- Development database languages, such as Transact SQL.
- Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures.
- Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle.
- Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience.
Required Education
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
