About the Role
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment that allows you to balance your work and personal life. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working on a computer all day and has exceptional typing skills.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance. Your primary duties will include:
* Receiving and submitting customer requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk (e.g., whether the issue was resolved or requires further coordination with the customer)
* Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
* Maintaining a high level of organization and focus to ensure each ticket is closed out quickly and efficiently
Ideal Candidate
While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who have a strong background in I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer.
