Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding arenaflex's products, services, and policies, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of what we offer.
