Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, while also providing general administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and delivering solutions that meet their needs

  • Receive and process payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues
  • Engage in face-to-face customer interaction, providing personalized support and building strong relationships
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • File documents according to criteria, maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Read and interpret various reports and documents, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer service
  • Properly complete sale documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the company

Essential Qualifications

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and other technology
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Typing speed of 45WPM, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Professional appearance, with a strong commitment to representing the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
