Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various industries. You will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide quality product and service information to customers. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job paid training, and prior contact center experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide quality product and service information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior contact center experience or customer service experience in a related field

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* This job operates in a professional office environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.

  • The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
  • The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
  • The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
