As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Position Purpose:

As a Customer Service Representative - Credit, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on processing credits on behalf of our customers, while also providing exceptional customer service and support. You'll work closely with our customer service supervisor to ensure that all customer needs are met, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Job Activities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in a timely and professional manner, using excellent communication and multitasking skills.

  • Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.
  • Perform necessary record keeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy guidelines.
  • Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the customer service supervisor.

Education:

While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
