Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions to their problems
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in live chat support or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
