Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Part-Time Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance along the way. You will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. Your main focus will be to answer questions from existing customers on a wide range of topics, such as returns, refunds, and re-ordering. Training and Support
