Earnings Potential
* Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule
* Flexible Schedule Opportunities: Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in Bookkeeping Software: QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is required.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise: AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other bookkeeping/accounting skills are essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills and comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong Ownership: Ability to take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution.
- Friendly Tone and Professional Demeanor: Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, Uninterrupted Space: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions is essential.
- Organized Desk Area: A clutter-free and organized workspace is required.
Technology Requirements
* Personal Computer: A wired computer with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system is required.
- Broadband Internet Connection: A minimum of 10 Mbps download speed is necessary.
- Wired Internet Connection: A wired internet connection is required (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Valid Antivirus Software: Up-to-date antivirus software is essential.
- Wired USB Headset: A wired USB headset with microphone is required.
Important Information
* Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
- Criminal Background Check: Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Geographic Restrictions: Contractors must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA.
