Remote Collection Specialist
We are seeking a mission-driven Collections Specialist to join our Atlanta-based team. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of early-stage delinquent accounts, utilizing an autodialer to engage customers in friendly, professional negotiations to resolve past-due balances.
- Act as a consultant to our customers, educating them on contract terms and "90-day same as cash" structures to help them navigate their financial commitments.
- Identify hurdles to payment and proactively design repayment plans that balance company recovery goals
- Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative methods to locate and re-establish contact with unresponsive accounts.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume collections, customer service, or a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain patient and persistent.
- Comfortable navigating CRM software, autodialers, and standard office suites (Microsoft Excel/Word)
Compensation & Benefits
- This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22 - $24.00/hour.
- Work from the comfort of your home (Remote) with occasional high-impact team days in our Atlanta office.
- Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; however, we value candidates with the flexibility to support expanded service hours (up to 7:00 PM or occasional weekends)
