Day: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (must work EST hours) Position Overview We are seeking a high-volume Recruiter / Screener to support hiring across operations-focused roles within our business. This role will primarily focus on recruiting and screening talent for:

  • Device Care / Repair Operations (technicians, production leads, supervisors)
  • Insurance & Financial Services Operations (sales agents, quality analysts, operations leaders)

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong screening capability, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume resume screening and phone interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer (as needed)
  • Schedule and manage 10+ interviews per day to support ongoing hiring classes
  • Partner with recruiting teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, challenges, and hiring progress
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs in a high-turnover environment

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on high-volume screening
  • Experience recruiting for operations roles (manufacturing, supply chain, insurance, or financial services)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high interview volume
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.)

  • Experience hiring for insurance or financial services operations roles
  • Experience recruiting for light industrial or production environments
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
