Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Member Services, you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to account management, prescription-related matters, and benefit questions.
  • Documenting and updating customer information accurately in our system to ensure seamless resolution of issues.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
