Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure that our systems are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records

• Analyze and investigate errors in reports from various regions within the company
• Reconcile eligibility between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and track records to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve processes
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems, policies, and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare systems and policies

• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Access
• Experience with data entry software and systems, such as our drugstore adjudication system
