Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat messages on arenaflex's business websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product or sales links, and offering promotions or discounts directly through chat
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills to effectively communicate with customers

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple chat windows
