Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions and concerns about their healthcare plans. You'll work closely with our team to provide personalized support, resolve issues, and help our members make informed decisions about their health. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other benefits

• Provide personalized support and guidance to help members navigate their healthcare options and make informed decisions about their well-being
• Collaborate with our team to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Utilize our training program to develop your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your performance and career growth

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

• Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

• Strong knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and regulations
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
