Position Overview We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative position serving our Group Dental and Vision insurance division. This is an inbound call center position where you will communicate with healthcare providers and insured members to verify eligibility, explain plan provisions, check claim status, and provide other pertinent information. No previous insurance industry experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training to set you up for success! This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from your home in Nebraska while being part of a supportive team that values excellence in customer service. You will play a critical role in driving our business forward by providing customer service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, ultimately achieving lasting customer loyalty.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression. Here's what you can expect in this role: Exceed Customer Service Standards: Handle all customer interactions with timeliness, courtesy, and diplomacy. Your goal will be to ensure every customer feels valued and heard, going above and beyond to address their needs and concerns. Answer Inbound Phone Calls: Respond to incoming calls from dental and vision healthcare professionals as well as insured members. Communicate effectively to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues. Provide Technical Support: Assist customers with website navigation, account access, and password resets. You'll be the friendly voice guiding them through our digital platforms. Meet Production Standards: Achieve and exceed area production standards and Group metrics. Your performance will contribute directly to our team's success and our ability to serve our customers effectively. Process Information Accurately: Verify insured eligibility, explain plan provisions, and provide claim status updates. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in ensuring customers receive the correct information. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on insurance policies, procedures, and products to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers. Other Duties as Assigned: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business needs. What You Bring We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service and ready to grow with us. While previous insurance experience is helpful, it is not required.
