Data Entry Clerk (Typist) - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Accurately enter alphanumeric data into the ERP system from various source documents, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Conduct regular reviews of entered data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors, ensuring data accuracy. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents related to data entry tasks, ensuring easy retrieval and reference for future use. Meet or exceed established data entry deadlines to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless data flow across the organization.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data management role Excellent keyboarding skills and proficiency in data entry software Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
