Job Description:

Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis
Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events
Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well‑Architected principles
Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization
Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards
Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer
Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows
Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
