National Powersports Business Development Executive

This role will provide countrywide leadership in the development & implementation of plans designed to contribute to profitable revenue growth within the motorcycle/powersports program.

What You'll Do

As a National Powersports Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Direct and oversee external sales strategies for the motorcycle/powersports line of business
  • Collaborate with business area leadership to develop and drive strategies that improve distribution opportunities
  • Lead the development of new and alternative distribution opportunities that may utilize multiple channels and technologies
  • Drive the team to cultivate, solicit, and manage new, existing, and strategic partners in the personal lines spaces in which we operate
  • Create vision and strategy designed to expand distribution in effort to enhance growth opportunities for our products, while coordinating and communicating with other leaders within the organization
  • Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion

Additionally, you will:

  • Provide leadership in the development of marketing campaigns designed to promote the brand and engage distribution partners across channels
  • Administer human resource related activities. Select, develop, motivate, and recognize associates

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage others
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer products marketing and specialty products
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Leadership, creativity, problem solving, and analytical skills with proven ability to effectively communicate, develop relationships, and make quality decisions
  • Ability to travel as necessary to satisfactorily complete their job responsibilities as assigned
