The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and practices, technology, and analytics, as well as a passion for developing creative solutions to complex challenges.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in a strategic HR role. Experience in a technology-driven environment is preferred. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders. Oversee the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
