Senior Payroll, Time Tracking Consultant

Job Description:

  • Ensure the successful implementation of Workday’s payroll and time tracking solutions for healthcare customers.
  • Efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
  • Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for deployments.
  • Extensive experience requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, passionate about results, and able to partner with customers and project teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with Payroll systems, with a specific focus on Payroll or Time Tracking modules.
  • 4+ years consulting experience
  • Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
  • Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
  • Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling prioritization and managing of multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong mentorship and partnership skills, with a focus on encouraging a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning, is essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
